Ben Sgritheall

7 miles, 1130m ascent, 5 hours

It was clearly going to be a damp day from the start so we delayed getting wet by having hot chocolate in the idiosyncratic little tea shop at Corran.  A friendly deer made an appearance in the tea shop to the amusement of all.  Finally, we couldn't delay any longer and had to slog up the mist-bedecked slopes to this fine viewpoint from which we could see nothing but grey.  All inall it was one of those days where you are glad you've been out, but wouldn't necessarily set out to repeat.
