11 miles, 1750m ascent, 9 hours
A pretty good effort on a pretty bad day. It started well with an enjoyable ascent of the Forcan Ridge with all other parties seemingly having been detered by the forecast. We more or less reached the top before the rain started and the wind rose, then it just got worse with driving hail scudding across the hills. I think a few parties were probably surprised by the sight of a 6 year old beetling along in the tempest and it was satisfying to have bagged the three Munros and single Corbett in fairly atrocious weather.
