12.5 miles, 1110m ascent, 7 hours 45 mins

A very windy and wet day, starting with a bus journey from Achnasheen.  The bus driver seemed to think we were mad went getting off in the deluge with a large pack which I hid in the undergrowth before sloshing toward this fine peak.  The waterfalls made for a surprisingly enjoyable ascent and as the rain cleared away, my optimism proved well-founded.  A quick hitch hike to the youth hostel completed a good day.
