Creag Meagaidh, Stob Poite Coire Ardair, Carn Liath

13 miles, 1350m ascent, 8 hours 45 mins

An amazing day of azure skies, startling white snows and no wind.  The most wonderful feature of the day was the swish. swish as we plodded through the deep snow.  The frost crystals were truly amazing as the photos show.  We passed quite a few climbers on the way to the window, but most seemed to give up in the deep and less than ideal snow.  For us it was heaven.
