Meall a Coire Leith – Meall Corranaich – Beinn Ghlas – Ben Lawers – An Stac

13 miles, 1700m ascent, 8 hours 30 mins

Having failed to reach our starting point the day before due to snow blocking the road, we stayed an extra day and completed the round of the five remaining Munros in the Ben Lawers group.  Finally the wind died and we were blessed with a calm clear day, with a decent covering of snow on all the hills.  Ben really enjoyed the traverse and even put me right when I proceeded to descend the wrong ridge from Ben Lawers.  A fine day to end an extremely wintery few days in October.
